2. TEST YOUR SKILLS TO OVERCOME
The race is designed to fit all levels of fitness. Both men & women. You can complete the race with
measuring your race time, or you can run without measuring the time (fitness regime) - just for fun.
Average completion time of a course is 1 hour.

3. 5+ KM & 15+ OBSTACLES
You will experience mud, crawling, water channels and other obstacles that will drive
you until you’re out of gas . If you running in fitness regime no obstacle penalties is
applied if you do not complete or skip an obstacle. If you measuring time and compete
with others a 30 burpees for men/15 burpees for women)penalty is applied if you do
not complete an obstacle.

4. YOU CAN RACE SOLO OR AS A TEAM
Team has to have at least three members. Overall team time is taken from the 1st 3 competitors
from each team to cross the finishing line..

5. ... ALSO THERE IS A LOT OF FUN
You can also wear a costume and experience a lot of fun with your friends or work colleques

9. AFTER RACE YOU GET
After you complete the race you get buffka, medal and refreshments and you can
continue competing with others in various individual and team fitness contests.
