Turmeric is a comprehensive SOA platform that was originally developed at eBay and has now been open sourced to benefit the community. It provides a policy-driven, pipeline-based architecture for developing, deploying, securing, monitoring, and governing SOA services and consumers. The Turmeric platform includes client-side and server-side runtimes, quality of service features, monitoring and policy administration consoles, and Eclipse developer tooling such as plugins for creating services and consumers.
