Vision:
Create an integrated place, which identifies the importance
of this Historical and Multi-Cultural area.
Main principles adopted in this proposal:
The identity of the project will be derived from the Heritage
and Culture of the area in order to attract more people.
Design, plan and build with respect for economic,
environmental, social and cultural sustainability.
Activate the area through some activities, such as kids area,
workshop training, and office of Government Services and
Shops for local and traditional career.

4. Design intention
The new scheme will be compatible with area context due
to using similar architectural style and materials of the area .
Marketplace will be divided along two strip buildings in two
stories connected to each other at upper level by Arcade.
The central area between those two buildings formed the
main plaza, food court, including water feature and green
area covered by tensile structure whish let in natural light
and offering at the same time a good protection against the
sun and the wind.
Children centre located at the end of plaza. It consists of
indoor and outdoor activities.
