Diversity means demographics that are underrepresented in tech and overly-
predictive of career and educational success. This includes, but is not limited to
race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability and more.

• Increase the upper funnel
• Engage the internal and external community
simultaneously – Hackathons, Workshops sessions
– Cape Town, Berlin, Amsterdam - positive
conversations.
• Discover roles models, champions and
ambassadors.
Step 3 – Break it down
again/Implement
Proactive sourcing, tracking efforts not results.

Passion and curiosity are contagious.
