trombone is a brass instrument that is in the key of a
bass clef. It is different from all the other brass s
because instead of valves it has a slide!
ABOUT A TROMBONE
The trombone is one of the oldest classical orchestral
instruments still being used today! The first mention of the
trombone was in 1488. In 1468 the Duke of Burgundy hired a
trombone player to play at his wedding.
HISTORY
There are 3 common types of trombones: Bass trombone (top)
pitched in Bb, Tenor trombone (middle) and Alto trombone
(bottom)

trumpet are the most popular ones. there is: a cornet, a
