A chicken egg hatches and the chick emerges wet. The mother/father chicken then wraps the chick in their feathers. Over a few days, the chick learns to walk and grows into an adult chicken, completing its life cycle from egg to adult.

2. NUMBER 1, THE EGG
An egg is laid by the mummy chicken. Then
the egg hatches one crack at a time.

3. NUMBER 2, THE HATCHING
The egg hatches and the chick comes out wet.
Then the mummy/daddy chicken wraps it
round with their feathers.

4. NUMBER 3, THE GROWING UP
A chick takes a few days to be able to walk.
Then it grows into an adult chicken!!!
