Right-click on the folder that should contain the
TestStepLibrary and which does not yet contain one.
1. Select Create TestStepLibrary from the context
menu. You can also left-click on the folder and
select Create Folder->TestStepLibrary from the
dynamic menu TestCases.
2. Tosca Commander will now create a new
TestStepLibrary at the required position and
automatically offers to rename it. You can either assign a
new name to the new TestStepLibrary or you can use the
default name Library by pressing
