This document provides an overview and design for a triathlon video game called "Triathlon - THE GAME". The game would involve completing a 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike ride, and 10 km run. It would have both single player and multiplayer modes, with players progressing through qualification rounds to unlock different maps, disciplines, and gameplay features. The document outlines the gameplay mechanics, user interface, obstacles during each discipline, power-ups, character customization, and more.
6. • When the game is played for the first time a tutorial will be provided to the user
about how to play the game, to review tutorial the user will need to go to setting

The game has three disciplines (tasks):

Qualifying Round (Compulsory)
The User will have to complete swimming within 2 mins to unlock the cycling discipline,
complete the cycle challenge and the running discipline is unlocked, completing the
running discipline unlocks the main triathlon event.
1) Total Time mode ( 2 to 3 min )race .
If you complete race within 2 mins you get 3 flags.
If you complete race in 2 and half minutes you get 2 flags .
If you complete race above 2 and half minutes you get 1 flags.
If you complete within 2 mins your next discipline and the next random map is
unlocked.
2) Lap Mode (Fixed 2 mins time)
If you don’t complete the race within 2 mins you lose.
If you complete he race within 2 mins you unlock the next discipline.

GamePlay:
Obstacles/ Hurdles
Swimming
In the swimming task the user will come across the below mentioned obstacles/
hurdles:
1) Ship Wreck – this will be a 0.5-0.8 km course inside a semi submerged ship
where-in the player will have to swim underwater and collect flags at various
checkpoints. This section will again have its own hurdles ie; sharks, need for
oxygen packs, need for energy packs, wrong routes etc.
2) Fishing nets – while in open sea.
3) Fishing boats - while in open sea.
4) Whirlpool - while in open sea.
5) Bigger waves - while in open sea.
During the task the user will come across the following power ups which will help
the user in clearing obstacles.
1) Air bubbles will increase the oxygen level of the user
2) Air Pockets will allow the user to breath air incase of loss of oxygen
After swimming task the user will have to start the cycling task, the cycle will be
placed on cycle stands
Cycling
1 energy drink will be the for the user to use it at critical times for completion of
task it will increase the speed and also the health by 10%
Repair power up : the User will gain this power up during the cycling task and he
can use this to repair the damaged parts of his cycle
9. In the start of the cycle task the roads will be smooth, then it will be a dirt track
later the track will be mountain terrain.
In the cycling task the user will come across the below mentioned hurdles
1) Sharp curves
2) Land slides
3) Narrow bridges
4) Pot holes
5) Vehicles
6) Valley
After reaching the endpoint of the cycle task the user will have to leave the cycle and
continue the final remaining task of running
Running
The final task will be running the roads will be smooth at the start of the task,
gradually the road will be dirt track further the user will have to run on rocky
mountains
In the running task the user will come across the below mentioned hurdles
1) Cliff The user will have to jump through cliffs
2) Bars The user will have to either jump or skid through the bars
3) Vehicles The user will have to dodge the vehicles coming
Once the user completes the running task the race will be over.
