The landscape greets you with a melange of colourful flowers that lace a lush stretch and gives a faraway sight of frosty mountains. In the location of West Himalaya, Uttarakhand, this national park unravels around 300 kinds of endemic alpine flowers.
The trekking activity will take place over 6 days and is of an easy level. Overall, you will cover a distance of 38 km and scale a maximum height of 15,696 ft.
Valley of Flowers is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Under ice during the winter months, this area is lit up with various hues as the snow disappears.
3. Day 1: Drive from Haridwar to Joshimath (253 kms)
This balmy morning, prep up with breakfast and be driven
to Joshimath. At a height of 1,874 m, Joshimath is
considered as the winter abode of Lord Badrinath. Have
lunch along the way and arrive at the destination by
evening.
Overnight will be spent at the hotel.

5. Day 2: Drive from Joshimath to Govind Ghat (22 kms)
and trek to Ghangaria (14 kms Trek)
Relish in breakfast and be driven Govindghat, that towers
at 1,828 m. Begin your trekking expedition and reach
Ghangaria; upon your arrival, savour on a packed lunch
while enjoying the scenic views from Ghangaria.
At a height of 3,049m and also referred as Govind
Dham, this place serves as the base camp for Hemkund
Sahib and Valley of Flowers.
Overnight will be spent at the hotel.

7. Day 3: Trek from Ghangaria to Hemkund (7 kms)
and back Ghangaria
Rise and shine early today to take a 7 kms trek to
Hemkund Sahib. Among the most venerated Sikh
Shrines, this is the World’s Highest Gurudwara at an
altitude of 4,329 m.
Come afternoon, descend to Ghangariya for overnight
stay. Spend the evening at leisure.

9. Day 4: Trek from Ghangaria to the Valley of Flowers and
back to Ghangaria
Today is an exciting one as you trek to the mesmeric
Valley of Flowers. Delight in the sight of green carpets
being adorned by a myriad of exotic flowers and flora.
Post this, head back to Ghangria for overnight stay.

11. Day 5: Trek from Ghangaia to Govindghat(14kms)
and drive to Joshimath via Badrinath
This balmy day, revel in a 14 kms trek to Govindghat.
Once there, drive to Joshimath via Badrinath.
Check in a hotel on arrival and stay overnight there.

13. Day 6: Drive from Joshimath to Haridwar
After indulging in breakfast, be driven to Haridwar.
Once there, be transferred to the station to catch
the train.
Overnight will spent in a hotel.
End of tour.
