It allows containing the necessary materials and tools of each making session, and it also allows to store these when its put back in the Rack. - 3. ASSEMBLY HOWTO BUILD TRAY Start building the aluminum frame by inserting nuts at the end of the small rods Attach brackets to the end of the small rod using the bolts and a allen key.
- 4. ASSEMBLY HOWTO BUILD TRAY Attach small rods to the large rod with the same nut/bolt system
- 5. ASSEMBLY HOWTO BUILD TRAY 110 mm 180 mm 180 mm 110 mm 150 mm Make sure all the bolts are properly tighten Drill holes in the base according to the following measures. Place nuts inside the large rod at the same distance as the holes Nuts
- 6. ASSEMBLY HOWTO BUILD TRAY 40 mm 300 mm Drill holes on the side of the base according to the following measures. Place the nuts inside the large rod at the same distance as the holes Nuts Place the bolts and attach the base to the aluminum frame
- 7. ASSEMBLY HOWTO BUILD TRAY After laser cutting the handles, make sure the don´t have any sharp edges. You can use either sand paper or a multi-tool to smooth the sides of the handles. Attach handles to the aluminum frame, placing nuts in the inner side of the small rods.
- 8. ASSEMBLY HOWTO BUILD TRAY Finally cut two pieces of 30x30 mm (plastic or wood) and glue them to the front edge of the small rods.This will give a nice finish to the tray and make it safer to move around.
