What Quality Means to Me…  “Quality” is a certain level of performance or excellence in a product or service.  As a company, we can attempt to design and deliver a particular level of quality to clients and customers; including assessing and measuring how well we are doing so.  In the end, however, it is the customer who decides whether the “quality” that is delivered is worth what he or she pays for the product or service compared to what was “promised”.   Trase Miller  All Rights Reserved Frank Silzer

When I first think of quality, I think of it as a personal trait or character (i.e. Honesty is a great quality of a person).  Or as a standard of excellence which is compared to or measured against other things of a similar type. A few examples would be: high quality (little or no flaws), average quality (few major flaws and/or many minor flaws), poor quality (many major flaws).
