The Retail client is an esteemed Footwear retailer based in the United States. With a wide range of
offerings, ranging from formals, casual, daily wear, sportswear and party wear.
The client wanted an on-premises solution for its sales reporting structure to generate rich iterative as
well as precisely formatted reports, visually explore huge data and quickly discover patterns to make
quicker decisions.
Challenges
• Monthly static reports were generated by internal team members for various work streams,
including order entry, inventory, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• The generation of the gross sales report was not possible as the data was unstructured and
inadequate modernization of infrastructure
• The client faced challenges in maintaining a central repository within their traditional IT
infrastructure system due to the constant influx of information from different regions.
• The utilization of tools such as SQL, SAP, data sets, and spreadsheets for data sorting has

Solution
• Our Power BI consultants used the Microsoft Power BI tool to deliver visually appealing and
interactive dashboards that the client's operations staff could use to become more self-
sufficient.
• To cut down on processing time and save money, we scale up our Azure SQL Server Database
service as needed during data processing.

Transformation, and Loading), data cleansing, filtering, and deduplication.
