HANDS-ICD provides training and capacity building programs to empower underprivileged communities. The two-day Life Skills Based Education training equips teachers with knowledge and skills to implement LSBE programs in schools. The training covers important life skills like critical thinking, decision-making, communication, and managing emotions to boost self-awareness, self-esteem, and confidence in students. The goal is to promote LSBE across Pakistan and improve health and life skills of school-going youth.
