3. See the
big Picture
The scalable knowledge hub that brings
together all of the fleet and machine data, to
help you manage and streamline operations.
From fleet insights to machine analysis.
4. Fleet Home
Fleet Home is the default landing page
when entering into next generation
Manager. Here, site managers are
provided with high level insights into fleet
health, efficiency, and safety – even
custom KPIs.
The Fleet Home also embodies the
machine attention list, the protective
measure against potential breakdown
risks – and is shared between site
managers and technicians.
5. Search
The Advanced Search unlocks the power to find all
relevant fleet information, in real time. Enter your
search terms, and choose the filter(s) you want to
use – results are displayed instantly!
6. Chat
The Conversations message center helps site managers
keep track of all ongoing communication with service
technicians and machine operators. The unread notification
badge will even let you know when there are new replies
from recipients.
Messaging has never been faster, and even allows for
sharing of high-quality pictures and video content.
7. Machine Home
Machine Home is the center of attention when it comes to all machine and sensor related data. Here, site managers can
check up on the daily utilisation, CANbus sensor data, even investigate any current active events. Machine Home is
permeated by a “tasks to get done” mentality, and will guide users towards the accomplishment of these.
8. ”Classic”
Manager “Classic” is an embedded part of
the next generation Manager. Use the menu
shortcuts to access the range of standard
modules.
9. Responsive
and Modern
Design
People who browse while on-the-go have very
different needs than those sitting at a desk. With
next generation Manager all content is re-
organised automatically according to the device
viewing it.
Everything in Manager is built to ensure a rich
and interactive user experience – even when
working on thousands of data points.

to Home
The Pin-to-Home functionality will let you pin any of
the embedded Tile-widgets to your home-, or
favorite dashboard.
Businesses may be similar to others within the
industry, or not at all – which is why the Fleet Home
dashboard is fully customizable. Set up the view
that suits your business the best.

18. By processing advanced CAN fault codes, pre-
checks, damage reports, and even services overrun
Trackunit Go will highlight any machine in need of
immediate care.
In turn, this will help Service Technicians stay on top
and prevent potential breakdowns.
The entire fleet
at your fingertips
19. Attention List
By monitoring closely the real-time machine sensor
data, the Trackunit Iris backend will identify key
warning signs of potential machine breakdown, and
put special focus on this with the Machines-that-need-
attention feature.
Here, potential risks are not only raised to technicians
in a meaningful way, but also ranked in terms of
severity. With this feature technicians can start to
work pro-active, rather than reactive - to ultimately
prevent breakdowns and unforeseen cost.
20. Advanced sensors
simplified
Powerful sensors closely monitor your machine data
and keeps an eye on everything you can’t see.
Technicians are notified of issues that need to be
handled right away.
21. Events
The Events engine will collect, process, and
present all of the important machine events such
as CAN fault codes, pre-checks, damage reports,
and even overrun services.
All incoming events are ranked in terms of
severity, so the service technician knows exactly
what events are possible sources of breakdown.
Tap to explore and resolve.
22. Recount history.
Anywhere.
Recount important machine activities such as
error codes from the CAN-bus, damage reports,
and overrun services.
Every event is displayed with a time of
occurrence, description and a severity score.
Know your machine’s story and surveil what
happens to it from anywhere.
23. Talk less.
Build more.
With the Chat feature we are introducing a channel
for real-time communication between the operator,
service tech, and site admin.
This will not only improve the communication, but
reduce time spent waiting around for repairs or
instructions on what to do next.
24. Follow, and
get notified
The Follow feature makes sure all
events and messages related to the
machines gets filtered, and put at the top
of the Attention list.
Following a machine will also activate
push notifications.
When you need to keep an extra eye on
a machine, the Follow feature will come
in handy.

connections.
Enter in your quick connect code, or
select from the recent connects list, and
the matching machine appears - ready
to be pre-checked. Simple and time-
saving.
With the Connect feature there is a
digital key to any machine in the fleet.
29. Inspections
Use the Pre-checks feature to make sure your equipment is
evaluated regularly and running properly. Equipment showing
signs of damage or other kinds of problems will be easily
identified by the site manager, and can be pulled from
operation when needed. Machines and equipment should be
inspected regularly to prevent costly downtime, or even
accidents.
Set up and customize your digital checklists in Manager, for
any kind of equipment or machine in the fleet.
30. Pre-Delivery
Pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) must be
performed before re-renting equipment.
This simple checklist ensures that the
equipment is in perfect condition and ready
to go.
31. Daily
Check
With Daily Inspection Checklist,
your operators are guided through
simple aerial inspection checks.
Use the latest technology to
perform proper safety and pre-
inspection checks right from your
smartphone.
32. Snap it,
Rank it, Log it.
The Damage Reporting feature enables the
operator to quickly log a machine damage with
picture uploads, descriptive text, and even a
severity ranking.
The damage report is processed instantly by the
Iris Cloud backend and made accessible for
technicians as well as the site managers.
