• Screening of potential tenants, gathering of all necessary requirements and
documents etc.
• Administration of Lease Documents
• Collection of Rental Payments (Post-dated checks payable to the unit
owner)
• Assisting with both move-in and move-out of the tenants
• Handling of extension requests, renewals and contract terminations
• Punchlisting of vacated units and coordination with Property Management
for renovation or assessment
