How waitlists work; timeline for when they are turned on/off; verification of grad; cannot overenroll a class beyond classroom capacity (see reg website)
Honors – course cap reduced; released when student enrolls; if not able to get in, added after waitlists turned off during first week; may need guest access to your blackboard
Incompletes – minor yet essential requirement missing; needs to be completed within a year – can be sooner; recommend setting up a contract in writing; send to our office and we’ll put in student’s electronic file; grade changed in duckweb – student should not register again for the course; will change to F after 1 year
Position on the waitlist – cross listed courses
This list will disappear from your duckweb when the waitlists are turned off on the first Friday of the course – need to print if wish to continue working with these students
Pending offers
Suicide reporting – also located on intranet – crisis line available
Welfare checks – Dean’s office team
Student Deaths
When in doubt contact us/counseling center
