1. AVIATION MUSEUM
NATIONAL COMMERCIAL AVIATION MUSEUM
These renderings were conceptual renderings of a proposed National
Commercial Aviation Museum. The project is still in the fund raising phase
and these renderings were intended to try to help raise money for the
purchase of aircraft, a building, and museum exhibits.
2. WEB DESIGN VARIOUS WEB DESIGN PROJECTS
These projects were all completed during the time span from 2002 to 2009.
18. TOUCHSCREENS DIGITAL INTERACTIVE KIOSKS
While designing exhibits at Murphy & Orr I saw an opportunity to create
exciting and unique exhibit experiences with touchscreen displays. Murphy
& Orr had no experience in this kind of work so I had to source hardware
suppliers and learned techniques in Flash to implement these dynamic
displays. These new capabilities converted my position from a cost center
to a profit center.

47. LED SITE LIGHT
LED PARKING LOT AND ROADWAY FIXTURE
This project had two parallel paths. One path was to develop an inexpensive
site light that utilized an expandable extrusion frame work with off the
shelf LED solutions. The second path was intended to have a custom LED
platform with, more features, and product form that made more of a design
statement.
73. 3D RENDERINGS
PHOTOREALISTIC PRODUCT ILLUSTRATIONS AND APPLICATIONS SHOTS
While at Cooper Lighting I was able to save the company $30,000+ per year
by doing catalog renderings that would normally be outsourced. Often these
renderings were cutaway and fade-aways to show internal components or to
show products that had not reached full product in installed environments.

face interview. To set up an interview please call me at 678.357.7043
93. DECORATIVE DUAL T8
RESIDENTIAL DECORATIVE LINEAR FLORESCENT FIXTURES
This project aimed at developing an inexpensive means of creating a
decorative linear florescent fixture with mass appeal that can be sold
through big box retail channels. The linear fixture itself would be sold with
a simple generic end cap and buyers could then buy the decorative end caps
separately.

ALUMINUM CAN SPILL PREVENTION
The objective initial objective of this project was to brainstorm ideas on
how to make the experience of drinking from an aluminum can better. After
some ideation, I focused in on two concepts that sought to prevent spills
after the can is open.

I have always admired Eduard Recife and his graphic design collage style. I
never had the privilege of having a graphics project that called for that style
of design so I created these images for fun while exploring the maximalism

LaureBelle was a startup company selling children’s hair fashion accessories.
They needed all forms of communications developed including development
of their brand.
150. MOOD BOARD
The folks at LaureBelle liked the aesthetic of
organic and complex shapes. It was my job
to now take this direction and navigate it into
a more child-like aesthetic that allowed for a
more vibrant use of color.

172. COCA-COLA
PRODUCT GRAPHICS FOR THE WORLD WIDE LICENSING
The driver behind this graphics project was a consumer trend forecasting
report that discovered consumers like to some degree to have their
consumption curated for them. I was in charge of developing a graphics
package for line of thinking. We decided to use vintage Coca-Cola vending
machines as our imagery pallet for this project and tried to find different
ways to cut up the machines in an interesting fashion. This graphics program
would be distributed to licensees to then sold the products into big box retail
market in the Kitchen and Back-To-School sales channels.
189. BLUELINX
RETAIL FIXTURES AND GRAPHIC DESIGN
This design project was for Miller Zell’s client BlueLinx. BlueLinx is a building
supply company owned by Georgia Pacific. Miller Zell wanted to propose a
store fixture program for BlueLinx independent hardware dealers. These
stores are essentially mom-and-pop hardware stores. BlueLinx would
approach these customers and offer them the store fixtures that Miller
Zell designs and sells for free if they carry a certain percentage of BlueLinx
products. The mom-and-pop hardware stores benefit because they get nice
store graphics, displays, and layouts that they do not have the resources to
create on their own, and BlueLinx benefits because they get more of their
product on the shelf. The graphics and fixtures that I designed could not
look explicitly like BlueLinx fixtures because only some of the product that
would be on them would be BlueLinx products.

IDENTITY + INFORMATION GRAPHICS + PRINT COLLATERAL + WEB
Anson Capital is a financial consulting firm. When they were starting up,
they hired me to for all their communications needs including designing their
highly academic research reports. The challenge set forth with this project
was to create confidence in customers by portraying a conservative feeling
without being boring.
204. WEST VIRGINIA
RECRUITING ENVIRONMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHICS
I have done a lot of exhibit and graphic design work for West Virginia
University. Environmental graphics for their wrestling facility, signage for
their soccer stadium, championship banners for their basketball coliseum,
and environmental graphics for their basketball locker rooms. Shown in this
section of my portfolio is the Donald J. Brohard Hall of Traditions (football
history museum and recruiting environment) and the Jerry West honor
display. I was responsible for all parts of these projects, including exhibit
design, graphic design, digital interactive design, project management, and
installation oversight.
