The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet (TWD) program was launched in 2005 using books that reached over 1 million readers. However, books are a static medium with limited personalization. CSIRO is now developing interactive digital tools like mobile apps and websites to empower people to manage their health. They are looking for partners like AHIA members to further develop program delivery and conduct long-term data collection on alternative delivery methods. Future goals include chronic disease prevention and evaluating impact of tailored digital products for key consumer segments like families and older adults.
