COLLECTION SERVICE:
Unlike other collection agencies TotalPoint Corporate Solutions does not insist that your
accounts are placed exclusively with our collectors. In fact we believe that our clientele should
have choices, which is why we offer the option of placing your accounts with our collection
team or forwarding your placement to one of our collection law firm members. When
forwarding accounts to our collection law firm members our clients can rest assured we do not
markup contingent rates; resulting in more money to your bottom line! Clients who have
elected to become a Platinum, Gold or Silver members will receive this option at no additional
cost. Our Complimentary members will be charged a $7 forwarding fee per account placement.
LEGAL FORWARDING MANAGEMENT SERVICE:
Once collection efforts have been exhausted, filing a lawsuit may be your best alternative.
TotalPoint Corporate Solutions can utilize our network of attorneys throughout the country to
file a lawsuit on your behalf. With our legal forwarding management service, TotalPoint will
forward your claim to an attorney local to your debtor, monitor the progress of the lawsuit and
provide regular updates. The attorneys in our partner network on average charge a contingent
rate of 30% plus actual costs. Become a member today and you can receive up to 10 free claims
per year, a savings of $2,950.00.
COLLECTION AGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICE:
Are you tired of receiving solicitation calls from collection agencies trying to introduce their
services? If so, TotalPoint Corporate Solutions can help! We will field the calls and document
their information; even negotiate a contingent rate on your behalf. TotalPoint can also manage
your current agencies by providing you with regular updates, ensuring your accounts are
handled in an effective, diligent manner providing documentation and customized reporting.
The benefits to our clients are improved communication, a higher return on delinquent
accounts and valuable time savings that can be spent on other priorities.
SELLING OR PURCHASING COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS:
If you are interested in selling your delinquent receivables we can assist you by marketing your
portfolio to companies who purchase receivables on a regular basis. If you are interested in
purchasing receivables we can help too! TotalPoint Corporate Solutions can provide portfolios
at regional and national levels; assisting regional purchasers to be competitive in the national

TotalPoint Corporate Solutions has established a partnership with an industry leader in order to
offer our clients and members the ability to accept ACH and Credit Card payments by phone or
electronically. With this service your customers can go online and pay 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. This invaluable service will allow you to obtain the payment information and enter into
your payment processing system in real-time; benefiting your customers and your organization!
Best of all our charge for this service is just $99.99 (additional provider set-up charges will apply).
WEBSITE DESIGN:
TotalPoint Corporate Solutions can build and design a website for you. Our design team will
take the information provided by you and compose a site that your customers will enjoy. The
search engine optimization that our design team uses will have your website ranked higher
than the millions of other sites in response to a search query. The basic cost for our website
design is $995.00 and will provide a website comparable to the TotalPoint Corporate Solutions
site. Add-ons are available and can be quoted based on your individual needs.
DIRECT MARKETING:
TotalPoint will partner with your company to design a solid marketing plan for your
organization and take responsibility for full implementation. Examples of services we provide
are telephone, email, exhibiting at trade shows and direct marketing campaigns. We can also
provide completed RFP’s and RFI’s and attend scheduled sales meeting. This program is
customized to meet your needs and typically costs less than if you were to utilize your in-house
talent.
5% CONTINGENT RATE COLLECTIONS:
How it works! At time of placement pay 5% of the total amount placed for collections. This 5%
is nonrefundable (paid whether we are successful or unsuccessful). In addition to the 5% prepaid
rate a contingency fee of 2% will be added to monies collected within the first 30 days of
placement and a 1% contingency fee on monies collected between day 31 and day 60 from date
of placement. What is your risk? Paying in advance and there is no guarantee that your account
will be recovered. What is the benefit? Simply put low cost of recovery.
