This document provides information about the TotalDECOM 2014 conference on decommissioning and remediation industries. The conference will take place in Glasgow on April 8-9, 2014 and focus on technological and commercial solutions in decommissioning energy and nuclear sectors. It will include keynote speeches, sessions on waste management, engineering, asset management, and business development, as well as an exhibition. Delegates can purchase tickets for £350 for the full conference and exhibition or £650 for an additional networking dinner and keynote conference. Payment and cancellation policies are also outlined.

2. TotalDECOM is a new conference and exhibition series targeting the diverse spectrum of global
decommissioning and remediation services.
Whilst there will be a focus on the UK perspective, the event will consider how global collaboration within
international markets can be maximised.
TotalDECOM has been created to provide a cross sector forum within which the decommissioning industries
will discuss technological resolution to new legislative and economic demands, whilst sharing best practice
to maximise the residual value. This includes plant and property assets, the protection of employees and
people in the wider community and ensuring minimal enduring environmental impact from their activities.
What’s new for 2014?
TotalDECOM 2014 will feature a special focus on the energy sector. Governmental pressure and
environmental concerns over the next few years will result in billions of pounds being spent on the
decommissioning of pipelines, platforms and equipment in the North Sea, whilst nuclear decommissioning
continues to be a long term commitment. Collaborations between these two areas of decommissioning /
handling expertise, and the resulting practical and innovative solutions developed by this sector, will be
highlighted in a special forum which will explore how this can subsequently translate into worldwide
opportunities, with real potential for cost saving benefits if as the industries can learn from each other.

Registration
All bookings and reservations are to be made through Resource Marketing Limited. By
completing the online registration form you are reserving the selected ticket. An invoice
will then be issued to the email address provided. Any queries should be notified within 5
working days of receiving the invoice.
Price
Keynote Conference, Exhibition and Networking Dinner £650 per person
Conference and Exhibition £350 per person
Payment
Payment is required within 7 day of invoice date and can be made via BACs or cheque. Card
payments can be taken over the phone and are subject to a 2% administration charge
(6% American Express).
Value Added Tax
All prices quoted on the webpage and promotional collateral are exclusive of VAT
Promotions and Offers
Discounts for accommodation are available (subject to availability). To qualify for this
discount delegates must book their room through our venue finding partner Venuefixers.

Cancellation
Tickets are non-transferable.
All cancellations should be notified directly to Resource Marketing Limited as soon as
possible. Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date upon which notice is
received in writing by Resource Marketing Limited using the following criteria:
Health and Safety, Licenses and other statutory requirements
Details of the terms governing the venue, licenses and Health and Safety requirements can
be obtained/ viewed on your selected hotels website.
Days prior to Conference Cancellation charge
Over 12 weeks 50 % of ticket price
Between 6 and 12 weeks 75 % of ticket price
Less than 6 weeks 100 % of ticket price
