My Civil Rights Complaint
2. #IAMFERGUSON Series #1

The Obama Administration's civil rights
agencies routinely engage in covert tactics
designed to eliminate civil rights complaints
filed by black people.
This is a true story of how they do it.

4. #IAMFERGUSON Series #1
“The Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs (OJP) had an
attorney named “Sharon Douglass” call me at home about my civil
rights complaint. I explained that a Judge Becky Moore in the City of
Alexandria, Virginia and several other judges and the sheriff's office
had violated my rights over several years. They threw my civil rights
complaints in the trash; they brought me into court illegally without
jurisdiction, or due process and charged me several thousands of
dollars in fines, among other things.
In the next week, they were trying to illegally evict me. I wondered if an
injunction was possible? This is what she said...
There is nothing the Department of Justice can do to help you. We
CAN”T issue an INJUNCTION.”

6. #IAMFERGUSON Series #1
“I named three judges in the City of Alexandria Virginia, including
Judge Becky Moore, Judge Donald Haddock, Jr. and Judge Nolan
Dawkins in my Title VI complaint. I alleged that over several years they
violated my civil rights by refusing me services at the court and by
using the court as a “cash register” to fine me and other black people
money when they had no authority, or jurisdiction to do so. Lastly, they
illegally evicted me from my home, without due process.
What did the Department of Justice do?
They IGNORED my allegations under
the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI., and
DISMISSED the complaint by REFUSING JURISDICTION.”

8. #IAMFERGUSON Series #1
“I did my research. The Department of Justice's own policies state they
are to investigate complaint allegations made under Title VI and require
the judges and sheriff to respond. Instead the DOJ dismissed the case,
AND...
They REFUSED to provide me information on the
APPEALS PROCESS in their 'DISMISSAL LETTER'.”

“The Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs (OJP)
sent me a fake letter in response to my civil rights complaint
“signed” by the department chief, Michael Alston. It was fake
because it:
Claimed they “didn't have jurisdiction” over the case
despite the allegations under Title VI—the law
they are responsible to enforce,
Was not on department letterhead, and
Was a photocopy of an 'original'.”
