Amadou Diallo, City Council had the idea to have a meeting with the police
officers and citizens. During this meeting the citizen has the right to speak
out in give their opinion on police racial profiling. In this meeting it was said
that there was racial profiling on African Americans. It was also said that the
Police officers had to sit back and listen to the residents speaks because their
job is to serve them.

pulled over twice by police because of the color of his skin. Rossano V. Gerald
was going on a road trip with his son when thirty minutes into their trip they
were pulled over twice by police officers from different station. Gerald
believes the reason he was pulled over because he was being racial profiled
by police because of nationality. This article was published in June 1999 in
the American Civil Liberties Union Special Report.

The article, “Racial Profiling and Use of Force in Police Stops” examine the
reasons behind police force against black. In the article, Joscha Legewie
states that the use of police violence during stops and against African
Americans is because of the several shootings between officers and Blacks
and that most police officers are bias. This is where racial profiling plays a
role, because police officers are profiling every African American because of
the officers being killed by African Americans.

Adrian Moncrieffe . This article was written by Kevin Johnson and in this
article he examines the relations between the criminal justice system and the
immigration removal. This article reviews the background of crimmagration,
the racial profiling of Moncrieffe and the Supreme Court’s decision on the
case
