4. “In the City of Alexandria, VA in my General District Court, a black
Plaintiff in case #126678 requested court services. She wanted
a subpoena for the Defendant to produce documents--because
the Defendant had refused the Plaintiff's request (a Qualified Written
Request (QWR) ) to produce her home loan files, especially her
Note.
But, I put a stop to that...
“I told the clerk to DENY THE SUBPOENA, so that the white
Defendant wouldn't have to produce the evidence in the case.”
(PS: I ignored her requests 3 TIMES!)

6. “What happened next? Well that little ni##er tried to file a civil
rights complaint under The Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI for
“Intentional discrimination” at my clerk's office.
So what, the court receives money as a “federal financial
recipient” to abide by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI
prohibiting intentional discrimination in places like the court
house?
I didn't respond...
“I ignored the Civil Rights Act complaints !”

procedures the court should have to allow people to file
complaints under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
But, what did I do? The same thing I ALWAYS do.
I didn't respond...
“I ignored the FOIA requests, too !”

illegally evict the same Black
Person from her home

10. “In another case involving the same black person, I had local
attorney, Joseph King of the Law office of King, Campbell, Poretz to
impersonate a judge in my court. I also used clerks and the bailiffs
from the Sheriff's office to help me conduct the fraud on the
black person—right in the courtroom!
It was all an act to deprive the black person of her rights and
property...
“I arranged for “Judge” King to issue a bogus “Order”
--consisting of just his signature on her motion, to evict her.”

(“Judge') Joe King:
According to a witness who attended the bogus “stay of eviction” hearing, the
same person the court clerks and bailiffs addressed, as “Judge Joe King” is
NOT A JUDGE. The witness verified that the person he saw in court is this
man: attorney Joe King, whose photo his friend found on King's law firm Web

13. And most importantly ME,
Judge Becky Moore
Silly ni##er! She filed a complaint with the Department of Justice,
Office of Justice Programs. They REFUSED to INVESTIGATE.
And, because THEY IGNORED HER, I had her evicted. So, while
I broke SEVERAL criminal and civil rights laws, I got protection
from the DOJ...
