It is always followed by ancountable plural noun.

Too much
It is always followed by an uncountable noun
.
Example: He eats too much sugar.
Enough
It means “sufficient”.
- Before nouns:
Example: There isn’t enough time.
- After adjectives and adverbs.
Example: The laptop isn’t cheap enough
