Have got and has got are used to indicate possession in English. Have got is used with I and we, while has got is used with he, she, and it. These constructions can also be used with to plus an infinitive to express necessity or obligation. Questions are formed using have with I, you, we, and they, and has with he, she, it. The negative form uses haven't got or hasn't got.
