As part of these efforts, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Fatih Municipality pedestrianized more than 250 streets between 2010 and 2012.

the founder of the Koc Holding Vehbi Koc in 1968
• The only automotive company in Turkey that manufactures both

this monumental monastery tower. The discovered monastery tower is a first in Istanbul
Byzantine archeology and a very significant artifact because it is the oldest and only example
