This document provides information about charity bibs for the TMM 2020 event, including: 1. There are two types of charity bibs - timed run bibs which require a minimum donation of INR 10,000 and provide entry to full and half marathons, and untimed run bibs which are for dream runs and have a minimum donation of INR 5,000. 2. It outlines the race categories, minimum ages, timing certificate requirements, donation amounts and race fees for each type of bib. 3. Instructions are provided for bib managers on how to update runner details, change race categories, enter donation details both online and offline, and process runner registrations using voucher codes.

2. Types of Charity Bibs
Charity Bibs are of two types
1. TIMED RUN CHARITY BIBS – Full Marathon, Half Marathon (with and w/o valid timing certificate
& Open 10K
• All participating NGOs, except those in the top 70 of the Charity Bib Ranking List that register before
23rd October, 2019 are eligible to get 10 Timed Run Charity Bibs.
• Timed Run Charity Bibs are allocated as soon as the NGO is registered
• Minimum Donation amount per bib is INR 10,000/-
• NGOs can return bibs the bibs by 23rd October to avoid deduction of INR 1,000/- per unutilized bib fro
the overall funds raised
• NGOs can request for additional bib after they have utililsed the currently allocated bibs
2. UNTIMED RUN CHARITY BIBS – Dream Run, Senior Citizens’ Run & Champions with Disability
• Untimed Run Charity Bibs are allocated only on request
• These bibs are allocated only 1st October 2019 onwards
• An NGO can request a maximum of 150 bibs as part of Dream Run group registration. However, not
more than 20 bibs will be allocated to an NGO at a time, unless the NGO receives an upfront donation
for more than 20 bibs.
• Minimum Donation amount per bib is INR 5,000/-
• These bibs cannot be returned or converted or used for Timed Run Charity Bibs and will be allocated
only on request. Unutilised bibs would be considered forfeited and INR 1000 per unutilized bib will be
deducted from the total funds raised by the NGO.

9. Online Donation towards Bibs
Step 1: Enter Donation amount

link is generated, the donor will not be able to edit
the amount

12. Step 2: Download > Print > Highlight Bibs to be submitted > Sign & Stamp the Bib

13. Runner Registration
1. Once the donation is received and processed, UWM will share with the NGO a link and voucher code for
runner to register online. Physical copies of runner forms are no longer accepted
2. The NGO will need to share the provided link and voucher code with the runner. The runner can then
register on link online using this voucher code.
3. The race fee can be paid online or offline to Procam International Pvt. Ltd. Depending upon the mode of
payment of race fee, a Regular or a Prepaid Voucher code will be issued.
4. There are two types of voucher codes
Regular Voucher Codes- Regular voucher codes are used by the runners to register on the event website
through a unique link for charity. The race fee payment has to be paid online by the runner during runner
registration.
Prepaid Voucher Codes- If a donor/runner or an NGO wishes to pay the race fee by cheque, the NGO can
share the cheque in favour of ‘Procam International Pvt. Ltd.’ after writing the UWM Bib ID on the back of the
cheque and submit it with the bib summary sheet. After receiving the cheques, NGOs will receive a prepaid
voucher code and a unique link to share with the donor. In a case where the cheque is not honoured, the bib
will not be issued to the runner.
Note: - These are unique codes and can be used ONLY ONCE. Hence NGOs must ensure that it is shared correctly. Once a
voucher code is issued against a bib, it CANNOT be re-issued again

14. NOTE:
• Dream Run Group Registration – Multiple Dream Run bibs (min. 10 and max. 150) can be clubbed to
create a runners’ group, by the NGO. Those NGOs submitting a group of at least 10 runners will have the
name of the NGO featured on the bibs of that group, provided the online registration process of the runners
is complete by 15th December, 2019.
• Payment gateway charges of 3% will be applicable on online donations for charity bibs
• UWM Donation Retention per bib is INR 250 irrespective of the donation amount raised per bib
• Donation cheques / DDs should be in favour of United Way of Mumbai.
• The donation cheque does not include the race fees and therefore the same needs to be paid over and
above the donation amount. Applicable race fees are to be paid by the runner to the Event Promoter
directly during runner registration.
• No donation will be refunded once made
