Tutorial describing the Bib Manager process

1. Charity Bib Manager Tutorial

2. To manage your Charity
Bibs, click on the
“Manage Bibs” Button

3. This is your Bib Manager page. This user friendly page allows you to manage the
donations for your Charity Bibs, select your Bib Type and edit Runner details. You can
also monitor the amount required for each Bib and check to see whether your Bibs have
been activated or are pending.
First of all, select the Bib
you wish to edit
You can now update this Bib.
Please note that Bib Type for Bibs
already allocated as Half Marathon,
cannot be edited by the NGO

4. Once you select Update, you can Change the Runner name and nationality as
well as the Type of Bib

5. You can make two types of donations on your Bib Manager page:
1. Single or Multiple donations for 1 Bib
2. Single or Multiple donations for Multiple Bibs

6. In order to add donation/s to a specific Bib, you need to select the Bib to which
donations will be added. Then click on the “Add Donations for this Bib” button.
This will allow you to add single/multiple donations against the selected Bib.

7. Once you click on the Add Donations to this Bib button, you will be taken to the following
Form
Ensure that you fill in all the details correctly. PAN
Number is a must for any donation above the
amount of Rs. 2000.
Once you fill in the details, you can submit the
donation or, save and add another donation, if
there is one.

8. If you wish to add single or multiple
donations for more than one Bib,
select the Bibs and click on “Add
Donation for Multiple Bibs”

9. Once you click on the Add Donations for Multiple Bibs button, you will be taken to the
following Form
Ensure that you fill in all the details correctly. PAN
Number is a must for any donation above the
amount of Rs. 2000.
Once you fill in the details, you can submit the
donation or, save and add another donation, if
there is one.

10. This is the Base Cost of each Bib. Rs
12,000 for Half Marathon and Rs. 9000
for all other categories. This section is
predetermined according to the Bib
Type and cannot be altered by the NGO
These are the Donations
entered against the
specific Bib.
These are the Donation amounts
verified by UWM. This amount must
match the Donations Entered and be
more than or equal to the Base Cost
for the Bib to become active
Bibs are active or pending
depending on the
Donations received for that
particular Bib

11. You can view donations for each
Bib by clicking on “View
Donations”

12. Once you click on this nestled section, you can see how
many donations have been submitted for each Bib.
Clicking on it again will hide the donations from view.

13. Once you have filled in all the donations and wish to
submit your cheques, please download the Bib
Summary and hand it in to UWM with the Cheques
and the Runner Form
