2. Wondering, whether you are pregnant or not invites
different emotions and feelings. Universally it is
considered that pregnancy occurs when a woman and a
man sexually make a relation with each other, but every
pregnancy is different in its own. Some women can predict
when they are expecting, while others didn’t have any
idea of it until they gave birth to their baby.
Luckily there are some reliable ways that can help you to
find out that you are pregnant so that you can start
preparing yourself for a healthy pregnancy and seek
medical assistance in a timely fashion.

3. Pay attention to the changes occur in
your body
 Concentrate on your periods as if you have regular cycle and now
have a late period, it could be the sign of pregnancy. If it has been
more than a month since your last cycle and you are sexually active
also, chances are more that you may be pregnant. In case you have
irregular cycle, it is quite good to take pregnancy test when you are
sexually active.
 Look your body changes like swelling in the breasts with dark
areolas. Also look changes in your clothes size and little weight gain

4. Take a Home Pregnancy Test
 Buy a home pregnancy test, available on pharmacy
store or online. Choose the one with two tests in a
box so that you can check your result twice.
 It is advisable to test after 14 days when you think you
conceived or one week when you missed your period.
 Read and follow the instructions updated on the test
carefully to use it correctly. As per the individual test
instructions, urinate on the test stick directly or use a
dropper to apply the urine on it.

window.
 Schedule an appointment with your doctor if you have
positive result to ensure as there may be a chance of
false positive.
 Additionally it is also good to retest after few days to

your blood tested. Test can be uncomfortable
however there would be nothing different with
regular gynecologist visit.
