1. The automated refuse collection system is operating in your
neighborhood. Please use your Larson Waste container instead of your
personal trash cans. Our automated truck can ONLY pick up your Larson
Waste container. Please be aware of and observe the following rules:
✔ ALL trash must be BAGGED & TIED.
✔ Any trash outside of Larson Waste container will be charged an additional fee.
✔ Customers with items too large to fit inside container such as: furniture, appliances and large amounts of
cardboard will need to call the office for a special pickup.
✔ Containers must be placed with handles facing away from the street.
✔ Containers must be placed at least five feet away from light poles, mail boxes, fences, vehicles, etc.
✔ Containers should be as close to the street as possible.
✔ Containers must be on the street for pickup by 6:00 am.
✔ Containers that are not out on the street for pickup when the driver arrives are reported to the
office. If the customer requests that the driver return for a pickup a fee of $10.00 will be
charged.
✔ If you have 2 or more containers, they need to be placed four feet apart.
✔ DO place these items in your Larson Waste container:
✔ Paper, cans and other household trash.
✔ Cardboard boxes ( flattened & cut to save space ).
✔ Grass, leaves, yard trimmings ( MUST be bagged and tied ).
✔ Tree limbs, shrub trimmings ( cut to fit inside container ).
✔ DO NOT place these items in your Larson Waste container:
✔ Hot ashes or coal (all ashes and coal must be cooled, bagged and tied ).
✔ Large quantities of dirt, rocks, sod or concrete.
✔ Flammable materials such as: oil, gas, paint, explosive materials, hazardous wastes, septic tank
waste, or dead animals.
✔ Construction or remodeling materials.
✔ Large appliances that do not allow the lid to close.
Trash pick-up will occur on all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. See the back of your Larson
Waste statement for the holiday pickup schedules. If you have any questions about service, please call our
office. So that we may better serve you, please have your container placed on the street by 6:00 am on
your scheduled pick-up day. Only trash inside the container will be collected. If you need additional
containers to handle your trash volume, please call our office. Additional containers are provided at a
discounted monthly rate. Balance is due by the 25th
of the first month of the billing cycle. A late fee of
$5.00 per billing cycle will be assessed to any balance that is 30 days past due, unless other payment
arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to charge any balance that is 90 days past due to
your credit card on file according to the verbal agreement at the time of the initial start date.
