- 69. ● Plan formigration: If you already have written a lot of code for message driven interaction, prepare for several weeks of migration ● Do you really need it?: If your app is primarily notification driven, you should evaluate if there is benefit in making App Home Tab the default interface. ● Avoid switching Tabs: Avoid interactions that require frequent tab switching. Actions triggered in a surface should fulfill in the same surface. ● Watchout: App Home Tab is still in Beta. ● Watchout: App Home Tab is only available for Desktop. ● Watchout: Linking from Message tab to Dashboard or vice versa is not possible today. Slack team is still working on it. There are some workarounds available for now.
