1. The Time Traveler – Netsource Recruitment Campaign
Background
Netsource is an IT recruitment specialist with offices in the UK, US and Dubai, set up 20 years
ago and expanding to the hugely successful company it is today. The agency is looking to update
its recruitment advertising, using visual media and social media to generate awareness and invite
prospective clients looking for work, in particular to reach those who may not have gone down the
University route. The campaign needs to stand out from other recruitment agency efforts, and so
creativity and thinking outside the box was encouraged.
Strategy
