Step 1 outlines the T.I.G.E.R. method for engaging resistant prospects which involves using various tools to move them from an initial resistant state to an engaged state. The tools target both the conscious and subconscious minds, with the majority of meaningful decisions being made in the subconscious. The number of tools needed depends on the level of resistance, ranging from 1-2 tools for low resistance to 10+ tools for high resistance. Participants are challenged to use the T.I.G.E.R. tools in their next 3 meetings.
