Directions: Choose at least 3 projects to complete. You must choose 3-in-a-row, for tic-tac-toe!
Compose and perform a dialogue
between 3 characters in the book. The
dialoguemust be 25 – 30 lines longand
enhance the reader’s understandingof
the characters and events in the book.

Choose an important scene in the book

Create a storyboard of 10 important
events that occur in the book. Include
dialogue.
Find 10 examples of figurativelanguagein

Write a letter from one character in the
story to another character. Your letter
must be 2 pages minimum, typed, double
spaced with 1” margins, and it should

EVERYONEmust choose one of the following “all play” activities:
1. Write 12 journal entries of ½ page each from the point of view of your favorite character.
2. Identify and analyze one conflict in the book and trace it throughout the story.
3. Indentify a UNIVERSAL THEME in the book and give SPECIFIC examples of it throughout the story.
