The Mysterious Fish
A kid, Joe, was playing with his fish in the fish bowl. He was amazed by how fast the fish could
swim. Joe would tap on the fish bowl, and every time the fish would jump up and splash back
down into the bowl. He loved this fish and could not wait to show his friend, Jack. When Jack
arrived, he drug him to the fish bowl to show him what the fish did. He told Jack to try it, so Jack
tapped the bowl. Nothing happened, the fish did not move. Joe was stunned. He couldn’t believe
the fish didn’t jump because it had every time for him. Joe yelled for his mom to try it. She
walked over and tapped the bowl. Nothing happened. He was still stunned. She told him he was
silly and just making up things, but he did not believe her. Joe became angry and started tapping
on the bowl over and over. The fish was going crazy jumping up and down, and then it jumped
so high it landed outside of the bowl. Joe was still tapping on the bowl though so the fish was
still jumping and accidently knocked the bowl off the table onto the all the shoes. Joe reached for
another bowl and placed it under the fish so it landed in the new bowl. As soon as it hit the
water, three other fish came out of nowhere. These fish were evil and every time Joe would tap
the bowl they would attack the original fish. Joe had a mysterious mind so he kept tapping on the
bowl, and the three fish were slowly ripping the flesh off the original fish. After a while, the
flesh was gone and you could see it floating in the water. These actions did not affect the fish
because it was still swimming around. Then, they went after its eyes. The eyes disappeared in
seconds and the fish became blind, but it was still living. All of a sudden, one of the fishes bit it
in half, but both pieces were still swimming. Another fish swallowed both pieces whole and the
fish was gone. Joe was still tapping on the bowl so the three fish were swimming around angrily
looking to attack. When Joe noticed the fish was gone; he stopped tapping on the bowl. The fish
reappeared all by itself in a new bowl beside them.
