 I head up a team which provides absence data for managers and case workers, I also advise workers and
managers on the absence policy, in my role I take part in project work focussing on engagement between
managers and workers and I have been put in chargeof the attendance incentive scheme which rewards workers
for good attendance by donating money and vehicles to local charities and community groups they nominate.

 I am currently working as a travel consultant. My duties include advising customers which destinations would best
suit their needs, building a rapport with existing customers, meeting sale targetsset each month and providing

2014/2015 Camp Counsellor/Lifeguard/ Kayak instructor: Camp Mah-Kee-Nac, Massachusetts, United States
 During the summers of 2014 and 2015 I worked at a boys sleep away camp in Western Massachusetts, my duties
included lifeguarding at the lake on a daily basis, teaching kayak skills daily to children from the age of 6-15 and
living in a bunk with a small group of children aged7-8.

2013 Apprentice Courier: Holiday Break, La Tranche-Sur-Mer, Vendee, France
 In the summer of 2013, I worked as a holiday courier on a campsite in France. During this time I lived on the
campsite which sometimes meant I was on duty for 24 hours each day. My duties included welcoming guests into
the campsite and explaining all the services offered by Eurocamp and informing them of the local area prior to
checking them into their accommodation. Amongst these duties I had to prepare accommodation and ensure that
all guests were satisfied throughout the duration of their stay.
2012 Project Assistant: CJ services, Runcorn, Cheshire
 Being a Project Assistant meant I was in chargeof a team of engineers who created displays for Samsung in
stores, around Britain. I manned a phone service which assisted shop assistants and management with issues and
queries about the displays. I also took part in general office work.
2009-2011 Hockey coach: Calday GrangeGrammar School, Grammar SchoolLane, West Kirby, Wirral,
 As a qualified Hockey Coach I had to plan and deliver Hockey lessons for beginner – advanced hockey players
