I am a Regional Project Manager based in Reed Elsevier’s Singapore
office. I have over 19 years of project management, architectural design
and facilities planning of building and infrastructure projects in the real
estate and construction industry. I had involved in the development of

As the Project/Facilities Manager, I was responsible for initiating,
planning, coordinating and managing of projects in all stages from
conceptualization, design, construction and hand over, as well as
to ensure smooth progress and completion of projects within the
required budget, schedule and quality workmanship. I had led
and facilitated the internal support group (Sales, marketing,
manufacturing/engineering, logistic, information technology
teams) in the completion and delivery of KLA-Tencor building
project. I also spearheaded the setting up of Facilities Department
and liaison for all matters related to the facilities planning/

Build and Operate process of the KLA-Tencor building project as
