I am a Regional Project Manager based in Reed Elsevier’s Singapore
office. I have over 19 years of project management, architectural design
and facilities planning of building and infrastructure projects in the real
estate and construction industry. I had involved in the development of
projects span over residential, industrial, hospitality, office, education,
health care, security and semiconductor sectors. In these projects, I had
performed the role of Project Manager for the developer, statutory board,
multi-national companies and independent PM consultant.
My recent oversea projects include fit-out and refurbishment works over 4
office floor levels (5 phases) at Higashi Azabu Building, Tokyo, as well as

fitted-out and reinstatement projects at Central Business District. In the

Project /Facilities Manager, KLA-Tencor (S) Pte Ltd (2006 – 2010)
As the Project/Facilities Manager, I was responsible for initiating,
planning, coordinating and managing of projects in all stages from
conceptualization, design, construction and hand over, as well as
to ensure smooth progress and completion of projects within the
required budget, schedule and quality workmanship. I had led
and facilitated the internal support group (Sales, marketing,
manufacturing/engineering, logistic, information technology
teams) in the completion and delivery of KLA-Tencor building
project. I also spearheaded the setting up of Facilities Department
and liaison for all matters related to the facilities planning/
development of the KLA-Tencor building. I was involved in the
Build and Operate process of the KLA-Tencor building project as
follow:
o Complete main building within tight timeline of seven months
main contract and successfully handed over to respective
Department for operation;
o Complete set up, fit-out and migration of the local
manufacturing/sales support office at level 2;
o Complete set up and fit-out of the local training office/centre
