Elsevier renewed its lease for floors 2 through 4 and Lexis Nexis took a new lease on floor 6 of the Higashi Azabu Building in Tokyo in order to consolidate their businesses in the same building. Renovations were completed on all five floors within 3.5 months to accommodate a total of 321 staff and improve collaboration between work groups. The new office features a hybrid of flexi- and static desks along with breakout and collaborative spaces to transition to a more modern workplace, which was managed by the GRECS and RETS teams along with project leads from the business units.
