3. Summary
Is a brief narrative bearing the purpose, statement of the
problems, respondents, sampling method, data-gathering
instruments and procedures and statistical tools used, and the
findings that answer the problems of the study. The purpose
of which is for the readers to see the totality of your study.

4. Conclusions
• Are general statements drawn from the findings of
each problem in the study.
• They are inferences, deductions, implications,
interpretations and generalizations based on the
findings.

5. Recommendations
Are the suggestions of the researcher that
will help solve the problems identified in
the study, and the invitation to the future
researchers to replicate the study if they
wish to do so.

Diether (2016) explains that specific
recommendations of the study are organized
according to each of the sub-problems findings and
conclusions. These must be stated clearly and
concisely and relevant to the objectives, findings
and conclusions.

9. The general recommendations are included
last. These are:
• recommendations on suggested action that may be taken by other
concerned government and private agencies to alleviate existing
problem situation; and
• recommendations made on the suggested research studies that may
be conducted by other interested research writers and researchers
(APA Manual 1993).
