Palm Jumeirah’s Palm West Beach just went dog-friendly.
The Palm’s new stretch of public beach officially opens this Thursday October 15, and
like the Palm’s Al Ittihad Park you can bring your dog along for a walk.
Palm West Beach is also home to restaurants (such as the recently-visited Koko
Bay (https://www.esquireme.com/koko-bay-dubai-review)) and public beach space (it’s a bit
like Club Vista Mare’s West-Coast cousin).
Watersports activities will be launching in November, including Kayaking,
paddleboarding, sea biking (what?) and electric hydrofoil surfing.

Apart from Koko Bay, there are a few beachside cabanas to be rented. In future, there
will be a new Mexican restaurant Senor Pico, as well as Jones The Grocer and Aprons
and Hammers.
Currently, the west-side of the Palm includes hotels including Fairmont The Palm,
Five Palm Jumeirah, SOHO Palm Jumeirah, the Byblos and the Hilton Palm
Jumeirah.
