4/4/2003 – nearly a decade!
 With 2 young kids, remortgaged the house to raise the £30,000
  to buy Bronco

 Signed legal contracts on our wedding anniversary

 Bronco – Mainly an ISP (dial up & email) with some Web Dev &
  SEO for local clients

 Bronco employed Dave & Ben initially, with Janet (Accounts)
  and Rory joining shortly after – Still with us!

 Continued to speak at conferences, PubCon, SES

 Active in online communities, WebmasterWorld, SEW,
  Threadwatch, Digital Point as DaveN

 Bronco had a small team…. Hardware, Web Dev, SEO, ISP –
  team of 5
Becky joins Feb 2005
 Took the plunge to leave well paid management job with
  secure household income, to help run Bronco.

 Motivating factors – kids & staff – need to become a success
  and be stable

 Introduced new programmers & designers. Dave and I carried
  out the SEO
Life Changing …. April 2005
 Ethan, nearly 3 struck down with Meningitis and
  Meningococcal Septicaemia

 4 days in Intensive Care at St James, Leeds – 2 further weeks in
  hospital

 Staff pulled together – clients were amazing

 Realigned everything!
