8. Now ain't that
a shame
In literally more than a century nothing has changed yet.
Yet the school claim to prepare students for the future?!
Nothing has changed
Are they really preparing student for the future or the past?
9. School are made to train students to work in factories.
This is why they put students in rolls nice and neat .
Telling them to sit still and raise your hands if you want to speak
giving them a short break to eat and for eight hours a day tell
them what to think.
10. Oh! and make them compete to get a good grade.
A number which determines their success?!
I get it
back then times
were different
.
BUT
It's just not about learning anymore it's about the grades.
11. The world has progressed.
and now we need people who thinks creatively ,
innovatively, critically, independently with the ability to connect.
12. So we need to stop this education malpractice
where one teacher stand in front of students with
different talents, different gifts, different dreams.
and teaches the same thing the same way. That's horrific.
13. If we continue down this path the results will be lethal.
If we can customize health care, cars and Facebook pages then it
is our duty to do the same for education.
To upgrade and change for a better future.
We should focus on
collaboration instead
of competition.
14. I know this sounds like a dream
But countries like Finland are doing impressive
things they have shorter work days, teachers make
a decent wage and homework is non-existant .
Their education system
outperforms every other
country in the world.
16. But lets get moving
Because while students may be
only 20% of the population,
they are 100% our future so
let's attend to their dreams.
This is the world
which i believe in
