ThermShield is a UK based business supplying a range of materials and services to the
Engineering Maintenance and Construction industry for upstream and downstream oil, gas
and petrochemical sectors.

Thermshield is part of HeatShield LLC, who are headquartered in Dubai and an
established leading supplier of Thermal, Acoustic and Cryogenic insulation materials
throughout the Middle East and South Asia.

We understand the complexity and range of modern materials available in today’s market
and our experienced Material Specialists are able to offer independent and impartial advice
on products and application solutions to Design and Specification Engineers as well as
Specialist Contractors.

material in terms of Specification, Cost and Availability. We benefit from
many long standing supply arrangements with manufacturers in Asia, North
America as well as the European Union.

Our detailed procedures ensure control throughout the procurement process
achieving on time delivery - every time.

Fibretec GRP Sheeting

Cladding supplied with factory applied
moisture barrier comprising of a 1-mil
thick polyethylene and 40# natural kraft
paper which is heat and pressure bonded
to the inner surface of the sheeting panels.
This moisture barrier prevents galvanic or chemical corrosion caused by contact
of dissimilar metals and soluble salts present in most industrial insulations.

rigid material composed of millions of

Each cell is an insulating entity which pro-

ThermShield

REFRACTORY PRODUCTS

Insulating firebrick is a lightweight brick
that offers low heat conductivity of
efficient insulation plus the ability to
withstand direct exposure to furnace
heat up to 1,800° C.

Castable (Dense or Insulating) is
suitable for solving refractory problems
such as corrosion, abrasion, scale
and molten slag to reduce high
atmospheric temperatures. It can be
either cast, trowelled or gunned ap-
plied.

Mortars available in both heat-setting
and air-setting, is used for layer
insulating firebrick.
