The primary objective of the paper is to help better understand the role of SNS use in explanations of the effects of Internet use on three dimensions of quality of life (life satisfaction, knowledge, and sociability). The second objective is to test the possible substitutive role of the basic parameters of a respondent's social network (size, heterogeneity, and network capital), other online information and communication activities, innovativeness, digital skills and sociodemographic variables.
The availability of ready to hand video technologies for recording, editing, and publishing 'everyday ephemera' has seen an explosion of content online, from the low brow populism of YouTube through to the sophisticated observational post produced work of Robert Croma. These technologies of recording, editing, and distribution provide documentary practice with an everyday, quotidian apparatus for the creation of informal, reflective, observational and autoethnographic work. This paper will examine the use of ready to hand video technologies in concert with the use of the Korsakow interactive video authoring software, to create small scale, 'ready to hand' or 'dirty media' documentaries. This provides a model to investigate and develop alternative modes of making nonfiction video online material that falls outside of the economy of spectacle that dominates YouTube or the 'personal broadcasting channels’ of Vimeo . The problem investigated is how to contextualise and author in these systems so that work created is outside of the unstructured banality of aggregative platforms and the serialised limitations of the blog. Emerging software models such as Korsakow require a creative practice of making that involves the critical curation of video ephemera into complex, emerging and multilinear constellations and clouds of associated material that let these works lie between the personal documentary, essay film, home movies and broader poetic traditions. More significantly the use of systems such as Korsakow allows for an autoethnographic methodology of personal, informal and everyday observation to produce a ‘soup’ of material that is then structured through the elucidation of emerging or unveiled patterns of relation amongst shots and sequences. These patterns create affective and poetic “lines of flight” for both maker and user and their value lies in the possibility of poesis amongst otherwise unremarkable moments.

All I ask is that you take your time reading this book, take it all in at your own pace, and try not to get overwhelmed, as there are several ways you can do things when it comes to living a life with holistic wellness. There is no right or wrong way to think about what you feel you are most comfortable doing.
This is something I felt the need to share because of the times we are currently living in. Now being in my early sixties, and given time to reflect, I believe it will be helpful to the world.
All that’s left now is for you to go through this guide and decide what path you want to take, then give it a go!
My sincere prayer is that you will find this information helpful in giving you some clarity and an enlightening purpose for your life that will be beneficial to not only you, but your family and community as well.
Take 15 - 45 minutes to brain dump everything you can think of on a blank sheet of paper.
This is where you can first start to utilize the benefits of writing in your journal. Your journal is your private place to write down your thoughts to help organize your life, clear your head, and prioritize your thoughts and plan your life, before you go to your planner to schedule your day accordingly.
In particular, writing what you may have just dreamed about the night before. Start your day with the focus of an eagle by writing out everything that’s in your heart and mind.
Because we’re so busy with everything in life as a whole, we can get overwhelmed and stressed out. Brain dumping will help out greatly in this regard.
Because brain dumping clears your mind. Recording all of your thoughts and feelings someplace else allows you to get it out of your head, to stop thinking about it. The entire process also helps you determine which thoughts, feelings, and ideas are important and which ones you can let go of.
“Mental health” refers to your overall psychological well-being. It includes the way you feel about yourself, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to manage your feelings and deal with difficulties.
Anyone can experience mental or emotional health problems — and over a lifetime, many of us will. I believe I read somewhere that one in five adults in the western world live with mental health or substance abuse problems.
Even if that is not precisely so, we can all agree that there are too many people who unfortunately experience these difficulties.
Here are 10 tips that can help you elevate your mood, become more resilient, and enjoy life more: make social connections; stay active; talk to someone; appeal to your senses; take up a relaxation practice; make leisure and contemplation a priority; talk to someone; Eat a brain-healthy diet to support strong mental health; don’t skimp on sleep; find purpose and meaning for your life; and get help if you need it.
2. Sleep less: This is one of the best investment you can make to make your life more productive and rewarding
3. Set aside one hour every morning for personal development matters. Meditate, visualize your day, read inspirational texts to set the tone of your day, listen to motivational tapes or read great literature. Starting the day off well is a powerful strategy for self renewal .
4. Laugh for five minutes in the mirror each morning. Laughter activates many beneficial chemicals within the body that place us into a very joyous state. Laughter also returns the body to a state of balance. A 4 year old laughs 500 times a day while the average adult is lucky to laugh 15 times a day.
5. Set aside every Sunday evening for yourself and your family and be strongly disciplined with this habit.
6. To enhance your concentration and power of focus, count your steps when you walk. This is a particularly strong technique. so many people allow their minds to be filled with mental chatter. All peak performers appreciate the power of a quiet clear mind which will concentrate steadily on all important tasks.
7. Enhance your will-power. You must first exercise it and then push before it gets stronger. When you are hungry, wait another hour before your meal. When you are labouring over a difficult task and your mind is prompting you to pick up the latest magazine for a break , curb the impulse. Soon you will be able to sit for hours in a precisely concentrated state. Newton had a remarkable ability to sit quietly and think without interruption for a very long period of time. If he can develop this so can you.
8. Never discuss your health, wealth and other personal matters with anyone outside your immediate family. Be very disciplined in this regard.
9. Cultivate the art of walking half an hour after your dinner. Walks in natural settings are the very best. Walking is, perhaps, nature’s ideal exercise.
10. Be careful about your reputation. Never do anything you wouldn’t be proud to tell your mother about. Have fun always but temper it with common sense and prudence.
11. Become your spouse”s number one supporter, the one who is always there supporting and fueling hopes and dreams. Develop together and march confidently through the world as an army of two.
12. Spend time with Nature. Natural settings have a powerful effect on your senses which in turn will lead to a sense of renewal, refreshment and peacefulness.
13. Try fasting one day every two weeks. During these fast days, drink fruit juice and eat fresh fruits only. You will feel more energetic, cleansed and alert.
14. Drown your appetite by drinking more water – ten glasses a day is ideal. It revitalizes the system and purifies the body. Also get into the habit of eating soups and more complex carbohydrates such as rise, potatoes than other less healthy foods.
15. A contented mind is a continual feast. Greed and material desires must be curbed to achieve lasting happiness and serenity. Be happy with what you have.
16. Every day, get away from the noise, the crowds and the rush and spend a few hours alone in peaceful introspection, deep reading or simple relaxation.
17. Empty your cup. A full cup cannot accept anything more. Similarly, a person who believes that he cannot learn anything else will stagnate quickly and not move to higher levels. Even the teachers have teachers.
18. Drink a cup of warm water before a speech. Ronald Reagan Employed this strategy to ensure that he maintained his honey-smooth voice. You will be judged by the calibre of your communication skills.
19. Always remember the key principle that the quality of your life Is the quality of your communication. This means the way you Communicate with others and more, importantly with yourself. What you focus on is what you get.
20. Aromas have been proven to be an effective means of entering a state of relaxation. Scents have a very noticeable effect on your mindset and moods.
21. Never argue with the person you work for – you will lose more than just the argument
22. Do not take personal development books as gospel. Read them and take whatever useful ideas you need. Some people fee they must do everything suggested and take the techniques to extremes. Every book has at least one tool or strategy of benefit.
23. Keep well-informed about current events, the latest books and popular trends. Many peak performers read five or six papers a day. You don’t have to read every story of every paper. Know what to focus on.
24. Readers are leaders. US Ex President Bill Clinton read more than 300 books during his short time at Oxford Universitgy. Some top performers read a book a day. The more you know, the less you fear.
25. When you cannot make up your mind which of two evenly balanced courses of action you should take-choose the bolder, said WJ.Slim. Take chances, take smart risks and you will meet with success beyond your dreams.
26. You sow an action, you reap a habit. You sow a habit, you reap a character. You sow a character, you reap a destiny. The essence of a person is his character- make yours unique, unblemished and strong. Do not say you will do anything unless you will indeed do it. Speak the truth and measure your words wisely. Be humble, straight forward and peaceful.
27. Read the biographies of the world’s leaders and learn from their habits, inspirations and philosophies. Cultivate the important practice of active role modelling.
28. Remember and use people’s names when you talk to them. A person’s name is a uniquely sweet sound to them.
29. Go outdoors and look up into the blue sky for half an hour. Note the supremely strong feeling that you get when y ou are connected to Nature. Get away from your rigid schedule which will provide a refreshing release and make you feel wonderful when you eventually return.
32. Develop the essential habit of punctuality for it is most important for high success. Punctuality reflects discipline and proper regard for others. Without it, even the most sophisticated person appears slightly offensive.
33. Winners do the things that less developed people don’t like doing even though they also might not enjoy doing them. This is what strength of character and courage is all about.
34. All individuals who have attained the highest of levels generally have cultivated the essential mental habit of optimism. Without optimism, life loses its lustre and hardships appear at every step.
35.
36. Each day, do two things that you do not like doing. This may be the preparation of a report you have been putting off or shining your shoes. It does not matter how small the task, just do it! Your personal power will increase and your productivity will soar.
37. Pick five relationships that you desire to improve over the next six months. Write out the names of these people and under each name detail why you want to improve the relationship, how you plan to do so and in what time frame. This is simply another facet of goal setting.
38. Browse second-hand bookstores every few months searching for lost treasures of character-building books. You will find gems on public speaking, improving your habits, time management, personal health and other important subjects for low prices.
39. Be known as someone with a cool head, warm heart and great character. Your presence on this earth will long be remembered.
40. Fill your home with bright, fresh flowers. This is one of the best investments you can make. Let the sounds of great music, loud laughter and good fun fill the oasis of your home
41. Recognize the power of mantras and the repetition of positive, powerful words. Indian yogis have employed this technique for over 4000 years to live tranquil, productive and focused lives.
