A panther named Bagheera rescued a boy named Mowgli who was living in the wild. Bagheera took Mowgli to live with the wolves. Mowgli learned the wolves' language and customs. Later, Mowgli played with Baloo the bear, but some monkeys kidnapped Mowgli while Baloo slept. When the tiger Shere Khan returned to the jungle, he promised to kill Mowgli, so Mowgli fought with Shere Khan but Baloo came and fought Shere Khan to protect Mowgli. 2. Once upon a time a boy lived in the

a cave. They spoke about Shere Khan, the tiger. It
returned to the jungle. It promised that it will kill

7. Mowgli ran to the jungle centre, but Shere Khan
followed him. Mowgli hid behind a tree. Shere
Khan found him and attacked him. But Mowgli
defended himself.

When Mowgli was afraid, Baloo atacked Shere
Khan. Baloo won the battle, but it was tired.
