The World's End is a 2013 science fiction comedy film directed by Edgar Wright. It follows a group of old friends who reunite for an epic pub crawl in their hometown, but discover an alien invasion occurring during their reunion. The film stars Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Paddy Considine, and Martin Freeman, and was produced by Relativity Media, Big Talk Productions, and Working Title Films, before being distributed internationally by Universal Pictures and in the US by Focus Features.

 is an English actor, comedian, screenwriter, and
film producer.
 He is best known for having co-written and
starred in the Three Flavours Cornetto

16. BOX OFFICE
 The World's End earned £2,122,288 ($3,242,064
USD) during its UK opening weekend, losing the
top spot to Monsters University. Its weekend
grosses were higher than Shaun of the Dead's
£1.6 million but lower than Hot Fuzz's £5.4
million.
 The World's End also had the highest per-theater
average out of all films in theaters throughout
the US on its opening day.

17. ACCOLADES
 The World's End received two Critics' Choice
Movie Awards nominations, for Best Actor in
a Comedy (for Simon Pegg) and for Best
Comedy, ultimately losing out to The Wolf of
Wall Street and American Hustle respectively.
