It is the third feature film adaptation of Richard Matheson’s 1954 novel of the same name, following 1964's The last man on. Also advertisement on TV increases the excitement and hype of films because you can tell from the teaser whether you are going to like the film or not this will influence your choices of what you do from there. But there can be a dark side to the internet because you will get a few people illegally downloading the movie which then costs the film industry money in lost revenue. People might say oh I have only downloaded one piece of music per say but if everyone illegally downloads one thing then it is a lot of people and then the repercussions of this are the film industry crumbles and is unable to produce more films because they lost their money through piracy.<br />
