A study into the social media role of popular waffle brand based out of Ghatkopar, Mumbai. This presentation covers their social media presence as of July 2018 and that of 2 of its competitors - Belgian Waffles and World of Waffles.
3. How it started
Started as a Food Truck, “THE WAFFLE TRUCK”
in Ghatkopar, The Waffle Factory was a passion
project of Parin Thaker. For him, the idea behind
the Waffle Truck was to familiarise the residents
of Ghatkopar with eating waffles out of a food
truck. Soon business escalated and they now have
4 branches across Mumbai.
