DEBATNAMIDDAG IFMA ''Intelligente gebouwen'' - 19 mei 2015 - Realty T&T
The Institute of Directors, in partnership with the Cabinet Office is publishing some long overdue cyber guidance for business leaders early March 2016. Following the publication we welcome you to join us for the first of our 2016 programme of non-technical seminars on “Optimising Cyber Resilience” that will help you create your individual cyber action plan. The knowledge and know-how we will share is now essential for the good governance of every modern business.
With concern mounting over cyber risks, organizations will evaluate fresh approaches to ensuring boards are well-informed and comfortable making strategic decisions. Expect the appointment of specialist, nonexecutive cyber directors and the formation of dedicated cyber-risk committees, similar to audit committees, with independent advisers. Regulators also may pursue the concept of “cyber competent” people as a requirement for boards.

Content personalisation is becoming more prevalent. A site, it's content and/or it's products, change dynamically according to the specific needs of the user. SEO needs to ensure we do not fall behind of this trend.
Both, individuals and organizations have inspiration, ideas, knowledge, experiences, resources and passion. Thousands of people all around the world who are independent, but interconnect, enables them to collaborate as an “organism” with short “bursts” of energy to produce potentially higher outputs of “value” as they otherwise would be able to do as individuals.
With the coming of the Relationship Economy, these ideas no longer hold sway. People are not demographics that can be categorized and put into convenient labels and boxes. The populism of the internet is complex and decentralizes many of the basic paradigms of traditional business models, yet in such complexity, there is freedom to express who we are as complex and aware individuals.
The objectives of SICU are to offer innovative solutions and resources in order to solve problems of individual customers, and to create cost effectivity, added value and multiplicative effects for businesses, corporations, brands, industries, institutions, and ultimately consumers in diverse markets. IR Global - Overcoming Barriers to Win-Win: Smoothing the deal processRachel Finch
The ultimate aim in any deal is for both parties to walk away feeling satisfied. A situation otherwise known as win-win.
This Virtual Series taps the expertise of experienced cross-border negotiators used to getting complex deals over the line under pressure. They share their knowledge of the most effective negotiation techniques they use and expand on the actions and attitudes that are least useful.
They also discuss tried and tested ways of overcoming obstacles in the path of deal completion, explaining why those techniques work and the lessons they have learnt overcoming difficult situations.
Finally, our experts will also share deal anecdotes from either end of the success spectrum, demonstrating how easily things can go wrong if barriers to win-win become insurmountable.
We will hear from IR Global members in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, USA, Spain, Belgium, New Zealand, Finland and Italy.

MRHB DeFi Expands Asia Presence with Strategic Investment from Sinofy Groupassociate14
The world’s first inclusive and ethical DeFi ecosystem platform MRHB DeFi has received a strategic investment from Sinofy Group, a tech consulting management firm headquartered in Shanghai. Sinofy supports revolutionary tech companies to help them gain prominence in the world's most digitally connected regions — China and Southeast Asia.
1. The Temi Group Story
Temi Group formed in 2008 with Risto Haataja, Johan du Plooy, Roger Warwick and Manuel Sanchez; security
professionals seasoned on the global stage through successful businesses in their own right; acknowledged academic
achievement and experience in all aspects of security risk management.
The founding concept of Temi Group was to take a different line in providing security risk management advisory
services. Seeking inspiration for a name, the founding partners looked to Themis, the goddess of good counsel,
communal affairs and assembly.
The values of good counsel, communal affairs and assembly provided further inspiration in the creation of
a network built on mutual respect and trust, to span the globe as the world's farthest reaching security risk
management advisory partnership.
From the founding base, Temi Group grew with the addition of Senior Partners and Associate Partners
across the world, developing an even broader base of business and subject matter expertise until a robust
global network was established and the initial vision realised.
The unique Temi Group vision is to provide local expertise on a global basis, without hierarchical structure
or any individual being greater than the sum of the Group's parts. This is achieved by the creation of an
'administrative' rather than a 'head' office; creating global Temi Group hubs where local Senior Partners
manage projects, deliver service and allocate resource on a collaborative basis. This in turn enables quick,
dynamic and flexible mobilisation to any required solution or need on a global/local basis.
At the end of 2011 the Temi Group met to create the next mission and vision – a transformation of the
global partnership network into an ever evolving partner ecosystem with strong brand identity, clearly
defined solutions based on requirements, services, delivered through the ability to provide security risk
management and security needs, anywhere in the world.
A new chapter now begins, inspired by: 'Advice based on Knowledge and Experience' alongside a new
mission and vision:
Temi Group Mission:
To provide advice, good counsel and solutions through an ever evolving partner ecosystem.
Temi Group Vision:
To achieve long term business relationships built on mutual respect and trust.
