Sonyia Coppedge was the project manager for collapsing 55 active domains into one complex global initiative from 2008 to 2010. She led many independent organizations through a challenging technical and operational process. Through her professionalism, respect for others, and focus on goals, she coordinated multiple business groups and divisions as independent projects. Her leadership and project management skills were key factors in the successful completion of the program.

To whom it may concern:
I have had the opportunity to work with Sonyia since 2008 in support of a global and complex initiative
to collapse roughly 55 Active Domains to one.
Sonyia was the corporate project manager for this program and it was in that capacity that we worked
together along with members of the business group I represent.
The process of leading so many previously independent organizations onto one was a challenging one
technically and even more so operationally. In addition to this program there were several other
projects competing for the same resources.
I found Sonyia to be a complete professional in dealing with a stressful situation for many. She was
always respectful of others and understanding, while still encouraging people to keep focused on the
goals.
She was always willing to engage technical assistance or management as needed to help get the job
done.
Her project management skills were clearly exercised to coordinate multiple business groups and
divisions within each almost as independent projects on many cases. In our group alone, it was
essentially 13 separate contacts and 16000 plus objects.
In the end, I would call the program a successful one and her leadership and professionalism were key
factors in realizing that goal.
